Industrial Spares Manufacturing Company was incorporated by Sri Janardan Paul in 1993 as Merchant Exporter of Mechanical Power Transmission products to exclusively to the United States of America.

In 1997, company established its own manufacturing facilities at E-25/26, R.I.C. Industrial Estate, 780, Upendra Nath Banerjee Road, Kolkata 700 060 with its administrative office at 51, Purna Chandra Mitra Lane, 2/F, Kolkata 700 033 for manufacturing and exporting of Mechanical power transmission products.

Productions of various components for overseas customers was started with CNC (computerized controlled) turning machines and other sophisticated machines VMC-Vertical Machining Centre were installed to cater the demand from the overseas customers.

Thus the company with its progressive approach is moving forward continuously and has achieved competence and confidence in acquiring the international status successfully compete globally in the field.

Company has now established a quality management system ISO:9001,2000 - quality management system with its continual improvement and review of its suitability.

4. PRECISION CNC MACHINED COMPONENTS - used in the Railways Locomotive Engine

5. AIR DRYER COMPONENTS - Drain Valve, Purge Valve, Check Valves.

6. ALUMINIUM GRAVITY DIE CASTING COMPONENTS - per customer's drawing.

7. INVESTMENT CASTING (LOST WAX) COMPONENTS - such as valves made of bronze, stainless steel, etc.
